Welcome to RealDrue LLC! By using my services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Services Provided
RealDrue LLC offers mobile notary and field inspection services. The services are provided at the location and time agreed upon at the time of booking.
RealDrue provides professional, reliable, and efficient services to meet the needs of our clients. I am not an attorney and cannot give legal advice.
2. Appointment Confirmation
Appointments must be scheduled through contact directly with RealDrue LLC. An appointment will only be confirmed once I receive your completed client
information form and/or direct contact with RezlDrue and payment full payment (if applicable). and full payment (if applicable) is received.. Once you agree to all applicable terms, and payment is submitted,
the appointment will be confirmed and you will receive a confirmation notice.
3. Pricing and Payment
All services are provided at the prices outlined on the website, unless otherwise agreed upon. Notary fees are regulated by Texas Law. Travel and/or additional fees are not regulated by Texas Law and are billed separate from standard notary fees. Payment is due upon confirmation of your appointment and can be made through the methods specified on the website.
Prices may be subject to change, but you will be informed in advance of any adjustments.
4. Cancellations, Rescheduling, Late, and No Shows
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact me directly at 817-661-9959 or realdrue@outlook.com and you will receive a full refund. No-shows and cancellations/reschedules
made less than 2 hours before your appointment will be void of reimbursement. After a 30 minute wait you will be billed in full, including travel fees, for another appointment.
5. Client Responsibilities
It is the client's responsibility to ensure that all documents and required materials for the notary or inspection are available and prepared before the appointment, with the exception of loan signings.
RealDrue LLC is not responsible for any delays or issues arising from incomplete or missing documents.
There will be a $75 fee for any mistakes not made by RealDrue LLC that require my time and attention to fix
6. Privacy and Confidentiality
RealDrue LLC values your privacy and take appropriate steps to protect your personal information.
All client data shared with me, including personal and financial details, will be kept confidential and used solely for the purpose of providing the requested services.
7. Limitation of Liability
RealDrue LLC will perform services with the highest level of professionalism and care. However, I am not liable for any losses or damages that may occur as a result of using my services,
outside of proof of my negligence, including errors or omissions in documents or inspections. I am not an attorney and cannot give legal advice.
8. Indemnification
By using my services, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless RealDrue LLC from any claims,
damages, or losses arising out of your use of our services, outside of my negligence, including any legal costs or disputes.
9. Termination of Services
RealDrue LLC reserves the right to terminate services at its discretion, including but not limited to situations involving inappropriate client behavior
or breach of these terms and conditions. Termination of services will not be liable for reimbursement.
10. Changes to Terms
RealDrue LLC reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on the website, and you are encouraged to review them regularly.
11. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
